no, but goofy (starts with an a and does NOT end with a s) is banned because its a word for that.

its a more crude one than just butt, though. so banned for the same reason a// is– they're the same thing, but just kinda used in different contexts and different ways

it doesn't actually mean butt either. Its okay for you to say butt, the actual meaning of it is basically “nice butt”. That's where it gets kind of inappropriate.

basically there's no way you can use this word in an appropriate way so definitely not allowed on scratch

Butt can also mean to hit something with your head or the end of an object. Also it is more casual as a word.
