is a new and fresh collaboration, the name inspired by salmon and the Baudelaire children. In

we work as a team, and don't disrespect each other or have higher authority. We stay active and imaginative, and never quit.
Yox was founded by SilverEagle, a normal scratcher who wanted to start a small team to work together and decided to.

, every member and creator is treated as equals, including the leader. Nobody has higher authority or power. We are a team, and we work as a team, creating projects for everyone! However, if you start flame wars and arguments, and just can't get along, I will ask you to leave, and take you off the list.

Every member is an advertiser, and a brainstormer, so we have no positions for that. Also, even if someone is in one group, they can still contribute items from another, they are put in the group they specialize in.
