Well I do guess this was one of my worse games? lol I guess I wasted those 4 months. Thanks anyway though, you're a cool guy and I enjoy all your games/stuff. Would you want to beta test one of my new games? (It's not an RPG so you won't hate it xD)

Escape

“You've been trapped in a laboratory for 5 years… The scientists there do tests and experiments on you. You want to escape but the place is filled with security cameras and deadly traps, but one day a portal mysteriously appears…It's time to ESCAPE!”

Game Design 6/10
The game was somewhat addictive due to the harder levels at the end. However, it lacks things like collectables to make it more unique. There are some traps, such as in the wall jumping level, where a place that is not lava still kills the player, which I found to be intentional because I used see inside. However, the lack of collectables or a unique gameplay element makes it lose some points.

Originality 2/10 This game does have some unique levels, but the gameplay is almost the same as most similar platformers, such as “escape the box”. There were no unique gameplay elements, like shrinking or inverting the stage. The storyline is not really unique, as many games have similiar story lines. The character and level design were original, so I gave 2 points to the creator.

Ease Of Use 5/5
This game explains the controls well. I did not have to try to wrap my mind around it. The notes and on screen instructions explain the gameplay elements pretty well. I did not have to use awkward unnatural controls. Support for WASD keys might make it better, but the current game is good enough for a 5/5.

Difficulty Balance 4/5
The levels at the beginning are easy enough for a beginner, and the later levels build up the difficulty. However, the later levels are a bit too difficult, especially the second walls with lava level, which prevents it from getting a full 5/5.

Graphics 5/5
The levels look to the point and not cluttered, but still had some details. The font used in the opening screen was pretty cool. The character also looks neat, uncluttered and to the point. The portal even flashes and twists without being too disruptive. Therefore, I gave a full 5/5

Sound 4/5
The music was repetitive at the beginning. However, it changes the tune becomes more catchy in the middle. But due to the pace of the platformer: you either quickly finish it all at once, or rage quit in the middle, you probably won't get to hear the music. There were no sound effects or anything like that, so I give it a 4/5.

I enjoyed the gameplay and the level designs. However, the lack of unique gameplay elements and difficult ending levels were things that the author should improve on in the next game.
