If countryballs is anything like country humans, here's why they're not allowed:

1. They encourage racial stereotypes.
These are highly offensive and encourage stereotypes, which justify discriminating people based on a first glance because “That group is usually like that”. Sometimes stereotypes aren't even true most of the time, but people say them anyway.

2. It can cause discrimination and racism. A person can easily say that a country ball is “better” than another one because of a certain aspect.
