Hi there guys, I would like to know how to make a chat game where you could chat with one other person and you could skip to the next,, but I don't know how to make that, could somebody help me?

Free chat is not allowed but you can allow users to choose from a list of things to say. If you don't want the usernames to appear you don't even need an encoder and decoder for this (you do if you want usernames). Please give more details of how you see this workng from the user's point of view.

Okay, thanks, here is how it would go: I would kinda like it if you could have an option to enable usernames, and if not, you could just see characters created by real people kinda like mii's.

Have you worked with cloud variables before?

You only have 10 cloud variables of max 256 digits each so the key to such a project is how you use them. You could, for example, allocate one cloud variable to each player slot but how many players do you envisage being connected at one time?

There are wiki pages on encoding and decoding usernames and plenty of example projects.

Still not got much info to go on but essentially you need to write the relevant information to the cloud. So perhaps you write a username and the code for what they last said plus, if you're allocating players slots to cloud vars, a constantly changing value to tell others the slot is still in use. If you want player A to talk to player B but player C not see that you also need to record which player the chat is aimed at. Personally I'd have thought that becomes of limited use especialy given the limitations on what you can say. If no one is speaking to player C they'll jus give up surely?
