What if a New Scratcher needs scripting help?

What if a Scratcher spams blocks?

This is my forum signature! On a forum post, it is okay for Scratchers to advertise in their forum signature. The signature is the stuff that shows up below the horizontal line on the post. It will show up on every post I make.

The rule would be in place to reduce the amount of spam not completely remove it, sadly thanks to annoying people this is impossible.

You aren't acknowledging that not every person that joins Scratch joined at 8. Some join at 13 or older.
