Help, I can't update my micro:bit!

Im trying to add micro:bit features to my game, but everytime i try to update it, it ends up saying, “Flash Error”. I dont know what this means, and it happens EVERY TIME. Heelp

Flash Error is a message that tells you that micro:bit is unable to fully download the HEX file to its drive. (meaning the HEX file you tried to put it on micro:bit have failed to download)

Have you tried connecting to Bluetooth?

That was a long time ago. It's fine now! But, yeah it uses Bluetooth now. (The only thing that needed updated was my computer!)

what micro:bit version do you have? v1 v2 v2.2 or v2.21?
