Terms Of Service

Employee terms of service

A) All employees must follow the Scratch Community Guidelines
B) Answer to activity checks and your username will be bolded to show that you are active in this shop.
C) Use the codeword “snowman” in your join form or you will not be accepted.
D) Breaking these rules will result in a warning.
Da) Continued rule-breaking will result in a strike; three strikes will result in being fired.
E) Using alternate accounts to rejoin after being fired will result in:
Ea) Being ignored
Eb) Orders taken by you will be invalid
F) Treat customers well

Customer terms of service

A) All customers must follow the Scratch Community Guidelines
B) Treat employees well; they are trying to help you.
C) Do not bump orders unless:
Ca) The deadline of your order has passed and no one has taken the order
Cb) Your order has not been answered after 2 days.
D) Breaking these rules after making an order will result in an order recall
DaC) When an order is recalled, it is made invalid by this shop and is ignored
E) Repeated breaking of these rules will result in a ban from this shop
EaC) All orders and posts will be ignored
F) Do not spam

At Rosie's Wonderland, we offer shop experience! If you're applying for any shops, feel free to try out our Work Experience program!
We provide a detailed Work Experience Plan for your perfect application for any Scratch shops!
These are the different packages:

The Flower Program:
- 7 days experience
- 1 - 2 work choices
- Take orders
- No firing/striking

The Custom Plan
- Choose a number of days between 7 - 21
- 1 - 3 work choices
- Take orders
- No firing/striking

first impression: 9/10
any thoughts: The aesthetics of the shop were lovely. There was no definite order form at the time I ordered, and few products whose abbreviations I didn't get. (that's on me)

customer service: 10/10

service speed: 10/10

shop's management: 9/10
any thoughts: There's staff in your staff list but only the owner (@iiucandyfloss) is active. I'd recommend to keep the usernames of your inactive staff in another list.

positive thoughts: Loved the order, the customer service was great, and your shop aesthetics are awesome!

negative thoughts: none!

tips to improve: I haven't checked if either of these four points have already been implemented, so kindly go about it accordingly
1. Please include full forms of your product names for people like me who don't get it
2. If there are products you can do better than the others, define them with bold colors or something like that. Update your product list (add/subtract) according to your personal best creations.
3. Do add a definite order form.
4. I'd recommend to keep the usernames of your inactive staff in another list.
