Personal host of cloud variables

Hello,
I have a question : how to host the cloud variables of your project personally.
I saw that in the Turbowarp and Forkphorus / Phosphorus scratch project exporters you can change the address that is used by the projects, so I was wondering if I could host these variables myself but I don't know how to put this in place. I have a computer / server that is running Windows Server 2008 and has nothing to do at the moment.
Sorry if there is a lot of fault or it doesn't mean anything, I'm not an English speaker.
thanks in advance

Also, TurboWarp and forkphorus use TurboWarp/cloud-server, and it has a cloud length limit of 100000, a room system (every few players connect to a different “room” with different cloud variables) and a filterlist to block ST impersonators.
But all of that is configurable if you modify the source code, of course.

Hello ! thanks again for helping me but when launching the hosting app it says:
"You can access it:

-publicly at ws: //***.***.**.***: 65535, but only if you have setup port forwarding on your router "
How to set up it?

The way depends on the router you use, but Google can help.

As far as I'm aware, that means someone who is impersonating a scratch team member.
