Translating the Blocks into Burmese

Dear wonderful Scratchers,
I am a tech enthusiast from Myanmar and I love children. During this Covid-19 Pandemic period, I taught children how to code using Scratch online via ZOOM. I have learned that children who know English are more comfortable at learning Scratch. On the other side, children who are weak in English have to struggle even for some basic logic on Scratch. I believe Scratch is a wonderful platform not only for children but also for rural people (farmers, carpenters, craftsman, etc…) who has zero knowledge on computer programming. It is really exciting even to imagine what will these people bring about after having the Scratch blocks translated into Burmese.
My quest is how can I contribute Burmese translations into the codeblocks on Scratch and what are the requirements to do so.
Please, kindly provide me a guideline.
Thank you for taking the time to read my request. Really appreciated.
